At Golf Player’s Studio, we provide golf-specific training based on the physical demands of the golf swing.
Our training is designed to improve flexibility, stability, functionality, and explosive power, helping golfers increase distance and improve overall swing performance.
We carefully evaluate the mobility, stability, and flexibility that are essential for the golf swing through 16 screening tests.
This allows us to identify the causes of swing issues, physical weaknesses, and the connection between the body and the swing.
The results become the baseline data used to determine the direction of each player’s training program.

We measure strength and power, especially explosive power, which are directly connected to driving distance.
By turning these abilities into measurable data, we can set clear goals and create a more efficient strength training plan.
Based on the results from STEP 1 and STEP 2, we create a training program that matches each player’s goals.
We determine the direction of training and build a menu optimized for each individual.

The golf swing is not determined only by “form.”
It changes greatly depending on how the body moves and the quality of movement.
When the way your body moves improves, your swing path, repeatability, distance, and stability can all improve dramatically.
At Golf Player’s Studio, we provide a golf-specific Pilates program developed from our experience supporting many golfers.
Our program adapts Pilates specifically for golfers and focuses on improving body movement for the golf swing.
① Stability
Stability is the ability to maintain the body’s axis and keep the joints stable where needed during the swing.
For example:
Improving stability helps increase swing repeatability and reduce mistakes.
② Flexibility
Flexibility refers to the range of motion of each joint and the ability of the muscles to move and stretch properly.
For example:
Improving flexibility is directly connected to increasing distance.
Motor control is the ability of the brain and muscles to work together correctly so the body can move as intended.
For example:
Improving motor control can greatly improve ball-striking quality and swing repeatability.
GOLF PILATES is designed to train all three of these elements at the same time.

Flexibility refers to the range of motion of each joint.
Golfers with limited flexibility often compensate during the swing, such as standing up during the motion or letting the elbows move away from the body.
These compensations can lead to missed shots.
For male golfers in particular, flexibility tends to decrease with age.
This can lead to loss of distance and may also increase the risk of injury.
For this reason, improving flexibility is very important.
Improving stability is extremely important for increasing swing repeatability.
If the core and lower body are weak, small movements such as swaying during the swing or losing balance at the finish can lead to missed shots.
To improve stability, it is important to strengthen the correct parts of the body that are necessary for the golf swing.
The golf swing is performed by moving many joints based on signals from the brain.
If these signals are not delivered correctly and in the right sequence, the body cannot make the intended swing.
This is one of the main reasons why bad swing habits are difficult to correct.
To change a movement pattern or habit that has already been learned, it is necessary to overwrite it with a new neural movement pattern.
That is why golfers need to learn how to move their bodies through training, not only by hitting golf balls.
Power is one of the most important elements for increasing distance.
Power means how much work the muscles can perform in a given amount of time.
In simple terms:
Power = Force × Speed
Moving the body faster with greater force leads to greater distance.
The endurance required for golf is different from the endurance needed by marathon runners.
Golfers repeat a cycle of hitting shots and walking for 18 holes on courses with elevation changes.
Tour players do this over four days, and when practice rounds are included, the physical demand becomes even greater.
To support this, golfers need lower-body strengthening and training to improve aerobic capacity.
Many players and golfers who lose performance in the final stages of a round need to improve this type of endurance.
We build training programs that allow players to maintain performance over four days, while adjusting the content according to their tournament and practice schedules.
Some types of training can affect swing feeling, so we place great importance on each player’s feel when designing training programs.
We also offer separate support plans for professional golfers who wish to receive training support.
